Courses & Workshops

Once a course is purchased, if you decide to withdraw, you must notify us via email at siraaari@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 8667312737 at least 48 hours before the commencement of the course to be eligible for a full refund. Refund requests made after this period will not be processed.

If you opt for a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a course session in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued, regardless of the time of cancellation.

If we modify the date or time of a course and you are not comfortable with the changes, you have the right to request a cancellation and receive a full refund, irrespective of the notice period.

All modification / cancellation actions taken by SIRA team will be communicated immediately via the available communication medium (mail / whatsapp / instagram / call)

Custom Embroidery Orders

Quotes are given after we see your fabric or design and are valid for the timeline discussed with you. Fabric provided by you remains your property; we take care to handle it well, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage to fabric supplied to us. A part-payment may be requested before starting large orders.

Saree Pre-Pleating

Please share your event date when dropping off your saree so we can plan around it. Pre-pleating is done with temporary crease / pinning and does not alter your saree permanently.

Aari Materials

Materials are sold at the studio counter only. Prices are as marked at the time of purchase. Items are not currently sold online.
